General Cleaning
We handle the everyday tasks that keep buildings comfortable and presentable:

Floor Care
Floors take the hardest beating in any building, and they show it. We restore them with two types of services:
Carpet extraction – This process uses a carpet machine to deep-clean fibers and pull out dirt and buildup that sits beneath the surface. It refreshes carpets and can improve air quality.
Hard floor refinishing – Old wax and buildup are stripped down to clean tile. Then we apply multiple coats of wax and sealant (usually about five layers) for the most polished finish.
School-Focused Services
Schools are at the heart of what we do. For over two decades we’ve worked both as district employees and as contractors, so we understand what makes cleaning in an educational setting different. We offer:
Long-Term Contracts – year-round janitorial support around district needs.
Short-Term Coverage – filling in during staff absences or temporary gaps.
